Part Time Administrative support for a commercial Broker requires strong verbal, written, organizational and computer skills. Individual will be managing: reports, web postings, correspondence, emails, proposals, and general office projects for commercial real estate broker. Input, search and maintain information on internal and external real estate databases, interact with clients, track broker’s listings, create marketing flyers. Create and maintain HTML marketing emails for broker.

20-25 hours weekly


Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
Exceptional organization and time management skills required
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels


Prior Real Estate or related work experience preferred
Strong customer service focus and creative problem solving experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
General computer knowledge and working experience required.
Ability to recognize, match and coordinate color presentation materials
Proficient in Microsoft Office products with emphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel, and InDesign or MS Publisher. Prior use of MLS, ACT contact management, Constant Contact, COSTAR, CIE and LOOPNET a plus.
Effective organizational and time management skills: ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis using established models, input data onto excel forms.
