Description

We are currently seeking hardworking and creative candidates with 1-2 years’ experience. The Marketing Assistant will assist the Director of Marketing and Company Executives with all areas of marketing including, but not limited to:
(i) social media platform and content creation (Blog, YouTube, FaceBook, Twitter, G+, etc)
(ii) e-mail marketing, messaging and reporting
(iii) customer interviews, video production and editing
(iv) website management/updates (Content Management System-CMS)
(v) public relations, i.e. press release preparation and review
(vi) brand control, collateral material, supplies, graphics preparation and signage for all communities
(vii) graphic design and copywriting as needed
(viii) assist in preparation of corporate presentations to key stakeholders
(ix) work with TOA staff and customers to identify and create case studies references, and testimonials
(x) other marketing, public relations and presentation items as required

Requirements

• Full time position in Corporate Headquarters in Radnor, PA 5 days/week with some evening/weekend events and travel required
• 1-2 years’ professional experience with substantial Adobe Creative Suite knowledge and vendor management skills with ability to manage various projects simultaneously. Experience with video, interviewing, writing, social media, Keynote and graphic design preferred
• Self-starter with ability to work in a team driven atmosphere
• Highly proficient computer skills with excellent written, verbal, technology skills
• Bachelor’s Degree
