Key New York Real Estate Corporation is a licensed real estate brokerage firm. We specialize in residential sales and leasing. We have over 3000 Exclusive and Semi exclusive affordable rental properties in New York City and the surrounding boroughs. Key New York uses the most advanced commercial resource tools available to meet all of our clients commercial sales or leasing needs.

We are looking for both full-time and part-time paid interns to become part of our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate online marketing and advertising campaigns and update Web sites
- Collaborate with senior real estate agents to manage property listings and client lifecycle
- Provide administrative support with research, database management, data entry, and other tasks

Requirements

- Must be at least a junior undergraduate with 3.0 GPA or above and have solid knowledge of marketing and sales.
- Should be comfortable in an office environment where things move rapidly and quick-thinking is key.
- Outstanding research, writing, and analytical skills, as well as excellent attention to detail are imperative.
- Previous or other real estate experience is highly preferred.
- Must be comfortable using web/social media.
