DescriptionDuties will include sourcing promotional products, coordinating purchasing schedules, project specifications, quotes and billing for assigned accounts. You will use your creativity to help our customers with their internal employee recognition needs as well as their outside promotional needs.
In addition, you will be trained on a leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and outbound marketing software system. At the end of your internship you will have gained valuable skills through the development of automated marketing campaigns.
Analyzing preliminary specifications from account to ensure all client specification, quality expectations, art availability and required delivery dates are clearly identified
Proactively investigate potential options and suppliers to recommend most desirable solutions.
Source solutions through our existing supplier base, PPAI and other means
Develop a good understanding of specifications required for all promotional product categories
Sourcel new suppliers regarding specifications, cost, inspection and production capabilities, and add new vendors to system as needed
RequirementsRequirements for consideration include the following:
You must be attending a junior of 4-year college or possess a college degree.
Possess self-management skills, a team-based demeanor, and “outside the box” thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments
Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as a mastery of Microsoft Office and internet search techniques
