Habitat for Humanity of Trenton works with low income families throughout Mercer County to help them become homeowners through a 0% interest mortgage.

Habitat Young Leaders and Professionals (HYLP) was founded in 2012 to bring area leaders together to raise awareness, funds, and volunteerism for Habitat Trenton's mission. We host monthly social events, volunteer opportunities, networking nights, and professional development.

HYLP is currently in need of a marketing coordinator to assist with making flyers, writing and sending press releases, updating the social media, and staying in touch with all members about upcoming events. It is preferred that they also attend the monthly membership meetings, held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month, 7pm-8:30pm. In-office training will be provided, though much of the work can be done remotely and should take no more than 1 hour per week.

The Marketing intern will be in charge of promoting all events, managing the social media sites, and helping to obtain more members through various forms of marketing.


Must be well organized and have some experience with social media (Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn) and marketing. Must be dedicated and willing to commit to an hour per week for at least 3 months.
