DescriptionKollegebound Learning is looking for a marketing intern to work on our team.
Founded in June 2010, Kollegebound Learning, LLC was created to place positive young role models in student’s lives who could serve as a tutor and mentor. Kollegebound Learning is located in the College Park, MD just minutes outside of Washington DC.
Our team consists of full-time teachers and current and recent college students who have mastered the subjects that we are now tutoring. As a result of our background, education experience, and age proximity with our students, Kollegebound Learning is able to effectively mentor students. We teach students how to replicate what we've done, which is essentially, how to be successful. We have a success rate of over 95% and have increased SAT scores by more that 350 points.
We are looking for a creative marketing intern to work 10-20 hours a week helping to create promotions, establish relationships with customers and potential prospects, assist in coordinating email marketing, email and print ads, online and offline marketing strategies and help us with put together our social media strategy.

ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the candidate help plan and execute Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) marketing strategy, contact non-competing companies to offer bundle package of products and services, manage and update social media, create flyers and newsletters and work with co-owners to implement marketing plan.
Requirements• Be a self-started
• Be at least a junior in Undergraduate studies or currently pursuing your MBA
• Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and follow-up skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as a part of a team
• Plus: Be familiar with Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator
