Inca Tea is looking for a student who is pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations. You will be working directly with the team to do a multitude of marketing, marketing research, and public relations projects. This will be a one of a kind opportunity for those who think outside the box and want to be part of a growing company that could lead to future employment. Work directly with the Inca Tea team on building the company’s brand and marketing/market research projects
Draft press releases and complete final version based on direction/feedback from management staff. Followed by distribution via online newswire tools.
Draft bi-weekly email marketing keeping contacts up to date regarding news, events, etc.
Manage projects according to public relations program calendar as needed
Manage and utilize social media marketing accordingly
Look into local and/or national events, conferences, etc.
Research potential grant and funding opportunities and assist with writing grant proposals
Learn entrepreneurial basics of starting new business
Strong knowledge of the internet, from a creative and a user/customer point of view
Marketing/Public Relations and/or Communication experience or interest
Must have excellent writing and grammar skills
Creative, hardworking, resourceful
Applicants should be yearning with a drive to succeed, be tremendously self-motivated, and have great interest in health/nutrition
Competent in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and project management skills
