DescriptionCall To Action is a start-up Market Intelligence Tool-set provider for the IT Reseller community located in Central Georgia. We leverage Video and Marketing Automation tools to communicate with prospects and existing customers.
We currently create video "How to" guides (roughly 2-3 minutes in length) that help our tool-set stay top of mind with our customer's sales and administration teams.
This position will do the following:
1 - Help/brainstorm with Video content messaging - "Create the Script"
2 - Assist with Video production - Lighting, and recording
3 - Conduct the video editing (transitions, screen overlays, message re-enforcement) in ScreenFlow (for Mac)
4 - Create Event Triggers in our existing Marketing Automation Tool (SalesFusion).
5 - Take the Final Content for each project and create a written "how to" guide to be used with customers - End User Guide Creation
ResponsibilitiesDaily Tasks -
1- Review Script content for the day - finalizing messaging - ensure "purpose" is clearly defined and understood.
2 - Prep the recording Studio - Lighting - make-up - sound
3 - Record test script validate lighting/sound/setup
4 - Shoot Content -
5 - Download content - and import into Screenflow
6 - Add corporate video wrappers - (front and end)
7 - Incorporate B-roll - and "screen scrape" demo footage from our tool (overlays)
8 - render and publish final product online
9 - Create an "ittybitty" in SalesFusion
10 - Create the Marketing Trigger in SalesFusion
11 - Review final work product, content, and marketing integration tasks for completeness and accuracy
12 - Publish and review hit rate in the tool-set
13 - Create a written form of the content as a section of the "end user manual" with illustrations and call-outs.
Requirements1 - MUST be a SELF starter and be able to commit to and complete work against a timeline (non-negotiable)
2 - Must have excellent writing skills and an interest in writing - and must be proficient in fully exploiting layouts in MS Word or Apple Pages
3 - Should be in the marketing field - or have a desire to learn about marketing automation processes and tools
4 - Must have experience and desire to work with video editing tools
This is an internship - not a full time position - so we aren't expecting you to show up day one with every skill-set to take on this job. You should be a fast learner, quick study. We will teach you or give you the resources to learn the tool-sets that we are using in these projects.
