Description•Analytics: Assist in the creation of demographic profiles of the online home buyer and seller in First Team's targeted markets.
•Backlink Research: Assist in the analysis of the backlink profiles of competitor websites to determine the breakdown of backlink types.
• Content Marketing: Assist in the content development such as copywriting for blogs, landing pages, and infographics.
•Basic website design and landing page creation: Assist in the design and creation of squeeze pages, microsites, and responsive web design for various online marketing campaigns.
•PPC campaign creation and results tracking: Assist in the the basics of creating an online pay per click campaign from targeting the appropriate online audience to reporting the results of the campaign.
You will be exposed to every facet of online marketing that First Team Real Estate engages in, from SEO and SEM to content marketing and website design, brand building and much more. You must be able to multitask and work indenendently as well as in groups. You will be forced to think critically and run your own projects with the mentorship of an online marketing professional. These projects will be general and varied at first, becoming more specific to your interests and abilities as time goes on.
You will receive a certificate of completion, and reference letters. This is a twelve week unpaid internship position. It's competitive to get in. Past interns have gone on to work for UBS, GE, and Price Waterhouse.

•Pursuing a Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Advertising, Computer Science or related field
•Experience in marketing, advertising or public relations and/or related focus in college, ideally with direct experience in online marketing and familiarity with Google Adwords, email marketing, web site design, writing a blog a plus
•Proficient with Google+, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills (samples required upon request)
•Keen analytical skills and proven problem solving ability
•Ability to cultivate and maintain supportive relationships within the team and entire company
•Strong work ethic, attention to detail and a "can do" attitude at all times
•Ambition to learn, share ideas openly and take direction from others
•Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) a must, experience with Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Photoshop, Wordpress, Google Analytics a plus
•Understanding of project management, product development, software development processes and tools a plus
•Creativity and thinking outside the box is a huge plus
