ResponsibilitiesREFAM is responsible for selecting, researching, underwriting and remarketing portfolios of performing, owner-occupied commercial real estate mortgages generally in sizes of $1.0 million per asset, and located in multiple states across the Nation. Pools of commercial mortgages are sourced by larger institutional sellers, which requires a keen focus on analytical and real estate collateral review and assessments as to adequacy of the borrower and their operations. Candidates will assist management in their assessments and underwriting of targeted portfolios, and assisting in the all aspects of the operations. Development of candidates will lead to assigned responsibilities.
Requirements-Current MBA candidate
-Prior work experience in an analytical role in the real estate industry, or bank underwriting
-Experience across multiple commercial real estate product types (office, industrial, manufacturing, retail)
-Self-motivated and highly organized individual with strong attention to detail
-Superior writing, communication and time management skills
-Expert in MS Excel and worksheet development
