The team consists of Jeff, our owner, president and primary listing agent, 4 buyers agents, listing coordinator, in-house marketing consultant, contract coordinator, runner, social media guru, lead coordinator and business development director. We want to always be on the cutting edge of marketing trends and find new and creative ways to saturate the marketplace thus giving us a larger share of our market and creating a huge presence and name recognition within Flower Mound and the surrounding area. The bottom line for all of our marketing is to generate revenue as cost effectively as possible and to create recognition. The marketing intern would work directly with the business development director.

The ideal marketing intern for Jeff Brand & Associates would be a student majoring in either marketing or real estate at a local school within 20-30 minutes driving distance at the most from our office in Flower Mound. We would like this student to be an upper classman with at least 60 hours completed toward their degree and someone who is currently enrolled in marketing and/or real estate courses. Ideally, the marketing intern would have extensive knowledge of InDesign, Publisher, Excel and Adobe.
