Summary

As the organization embarks on a national expansion, The Manager, Marketing and Sales Administration will play a highly visible role developing the marketing and sales automation competencies to support the company’s business development methodology. This includes data management, CRM administration, marketing automation and creative development. The Manager, Sales Administration supports multiple sales organizations across the company’s Finance and IT staffing practices.

Responsibilities

Sales Automation

Actively sources leads for open positions and potential consulting opportunities through Internet based research on job boards and social media websites
Collects data and collaborates with Practice Directors to analyze and prioritize dissemination of leads and is responsible for input into Zoho CRM
Supports sales planning by preparing weekly internal Pipeline and Key Contact Reports
Proactively engages with business development staff to articulate the firm’s value propositions with prospects at a granular level. Prepares form letters, marketing slicks and other collateral for sales follow up as directed by business development staff
Maintains recruited candidate data in ZohoCRM including interview guides, skill set, education and other criteria
Supports business development and recruiting efforts through limited sourcing of candidates on an ad-hoc basis using LinkedIN, Monster.com and other tools
Assists in perform reference checks and background investigations on an ad-hoc basis
Authors job postings for internet based job board tools and maintains the company’s branding
Assists in coordinating new start paperwork including I-9’s, W-4’s, IC Agreements, time cards, electronic timekeeping and other payroll related information for consultants on active engagements
Greets candidates for interviews and assists in coordinating on- site hosted company interviews

Marketing Automation

Studies the company’s business development methodologies and makes recommendations on how best to tailor marketing automation to support goals
Functions as the Administrator for ZohoCampaigns
Manages Key Contact and Job Posting auto responder campaigns in ZohoCRM and ZohoCampaigns
Will develop the delivery of advanced CRM analytics from ZohoCampaigns into ZohoCRM
Regularly Updates the ISR and GLR local market websites for News/Press and Available Jobs
Will Assist in converting the monthly “After the Close” eNewsletter from Constant Contact into ZohoCampaigns
Will lead the development of a monthly eNewsletter for InfoSystems Resources
Will lead the conversion of the “Nobody Does More with the Big 4” e-marketing campaign from Constant Contact into ZohoCampaigns
Manages the General Ledger Resources and InfoSystems Resources LinkedIN Presence

Marketing

Acts as the custodian of all marketing collateral including slicks, decks and for letters.
Collaborates with executive management to develop new collateral as necessary based on special initiatives or seasonal campaigns.
Identify public relations opportunities including sponsorship opportunities and manages relationships with local press and industry specific professional networking organizations
Analyzes Google AdSense and other advertising strategies

CRM Administration

Acts as an alternate administrator for the company’s ZohoCRM instance
Collects and stores monthly backup data for ZohoCRM
Adds and removes users from Google Apps for Business and
