Depending upon each colleges specific "credit" requirements, qualified candidates may receive intership creidt for either 1 or 2 semesters, 3 or 6 credits (students must check with their career center/internship counselor to clarify). This unique internship offer as intense training program that prepares the intern for a professional career. Students who are selected will undergo training designed to prepare them for Aflac's Marketing and/or Management team. This comprehensive training combined with hands-on field experience improves resumes and dramatically increase confidence. SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL BE OFFERED FULL-TIME POSITIONS. Atleast 7 of the top 10 Aflac Mid-Atlantic Associates & Managers since the year 1998, started as interns during their college career. Those 7, each year, were offered full time positions upon graduation and are currently among Aflac's leaders nationwide.
ResponsibilitiesWe have our training broken down into 3 distinct segments:
- Classroom Training and professional certification
-Field Training and Observation
-Marketing and Market development
