Red-i By Chelsea Destination Wedding + Cocktail Jewelry is an award-winning handcrafted jewelry company specializing in bridal and bridesmaid jewelry for destination weddings throughout the US, Mexico, the Caribbean and expanding to other countries. We have received both domestic + international press and are looking to grow our company in the B2B category with outreach to hotels, resorts, spas, boutiques and gift shops along with B2C directly to the consumer.

WHAT: The Sales + Marketing Intern will be responsible for lead generation both on the wholesale jewelry side of the business [B2B] as well as the e-commerce side [B2C]. B2B side will require online research to find the contact information of retail buyers that fit with our targeted demographic. Intern will be responsible for outreach and sending LOOK BOOK, line sheets and any press information at that time.

Intern must be familiar with building / updating contacts through spreadsheets in Google Drive, lead generation via online research of hotels throughout the US, Mexico + Caribbean for retail opportunities in gift shops, spas and wedding departments. Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, content generation and social media is a major plus. Assistance in online communities to promote the brand is a plus.

WHY: Red-i By Chelsea Destination Wedding + Cocktail jewelry is a rapidly growing handcrafted jewelry company. We are looking to expand our reach into the wholesale market and additional support is a must. We are a flexible work opportunity allowing our interns to work anywhere in the world as long as their tasks are completed in the timeline.


Intern will need to commit to daily outreach to at least 15 new wholesale accounts per day as a main task. This includes the online research to find buyer's contact information, sending a customized template email to each buyer with look book, line sheets and any timely press to cultivate new wholesale relationships with hotels, resorts, spas and gift shops.

Cultivation of new custom jewelry sales opportunities by outreach in online communities tailored to weddings and destination weddings by being the voice of Red-i By Chelsea. Familiarity with the brand and our targeted consumers is a must. Online research that can be used in approaching new sales techniques [i.e. online communities to generate business] will also be a responsibility with the focus on generating new leads for B2B and B2C.



•Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced online marketplace

•Proficiency in the English language; Spanish language a plus
