DescriptionCorodata is a leader in records management and secure destruction services in California. We have an opening for an intern to can help us with a variety of sales, marketing and product line analysis and data work. This will include:
Assisting in data collection and clean up of client related information
Preparing training materials for clients and employees related to client acquisition and retention
Lead research and generation through online and social media resources
Lead and prospect tracking to understand quality of leads and follow through of sales
Assistance with preparation for industry certification applications
Other duites and tasks as assigned
ResponsibilitiesThis position will be given data from various sources and be asked to audit, clean, and analyze. This may include a significant amount of data entry, though someone with Excel and database skills may be able to automate much of the clean up.
This position will also be asked to track certain "activities" of salespeople and clients, log that information, analyze and present a summary of their observations.
There will also be a variety of tasks assigned mostly related to supporting the sales and marketing effort of various product lines.
RequirementsIdeal candidate will attend a Bay Area university and also lives in the Bay Area during vacation breaks
Candidate must have strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
This is a hand-on assignment, meaning there will be the need for data entry at times
This position will interface with many internal employees and possibly clients, and therefore candidate must posess strong interpersonal skills
