The 3A Worldwide Marketing Intern will provide general support services to Sales and Marketing Executive team, for example, project support, calendar, and administrative services (such as meeting and training preparations and organization, transmitting/receiving mail/packages/faxes, interacting with other departments /divisions/companies, maintaining department records, generating reports, preparing/editing documents and presentations, and other administrative support functions).
ResponsibilitiesWorks with executive team on the preparation of sales tools, lead generation campaigns, advertising programs and events and identifying the ideal mix of activities to achieve the desired goals.
Provide project support on marketing campaigns.
Create and post frequent updates social media accounts.
Supports sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows; or compiling account and competitor analyses.
Utilizes the internet to complete research on markets, products, activities, programs and competitors. Also follows industry alerts on internet publications.
All other tasks and projects, as assigned by supervisor and or manager.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree (or pursuing) preferably marketing, advertising, communications or relevant equivalent experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Familiarity working with social media communications
Able to write engaging articles using solid writing skills (spelling, grammar, etc.)
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently
Must be able to work with a virtual team located in other cities and countries
