E-Bloom Business Support Solutions is a New Virtual Assistance Service that provides Administrative Assistance and Project Support services on an "as-needed" basis to overwhelmed business owners and entrepreneurs who need help with day to day tasks. The aim is to significantly lessen some of their frustration by saving them time to concentrate on the more important stuff that only they can do.

We are looking for a bright and personable individual with strong work ethic. The ideal candidates for this position would typically be in a Business program with genuine interests in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Advertising and Sales. Candidate should also be tech savvy and familiar with social media environments such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Wordpress and Blogger.

Successful candidate will work side-by-side with the owner who will provide on the job training. This internship is unpaid and provides experience and course credit. Possibility exists for long-term permanent contractual relationship.

Assist in research, development and curation of content ideas for blogs and research as needed. Small amounts of writing may be required.

Edit articles written by our in house team for partner projects. Editing involves checking grammar, spelling, style, and making sure articles are relevant and a good story.

Coordinate content approval with partner/clients and assist with administrative duties as needed.

Collaborate on projects and assignments.

Identify opportunities for content promotion and content partnerships with various publishers, brands and blogs online.

Outreach tasks that support link-building, guest blogging, and cross promotional opportunities.

Prepare analytical reports to understand effectiveness of various marketing campaigns.

Aid in developing a database of industry resources, sites and organizations including talent, blogs, and more


Possess skills in writing, presentation, interpersonal relations, and customer management.

Understand today's online customer and importance of content management

Have one to one year of experience as an editor who’s confident kicking written content into shape.

Have a deep understanding of how writing for the web differs from other mediums. Know how to leverage web writing styles to move the needle on client business objectives.

Be able to work quickly and efficiently, yet thoroughly. Be able to work “hands off” and take charge of assigned tasks.

Have the necessary equipment to do the job computer, internet, design tools, etc.

Provide links to 1-3 social networking profiles to demonstrate interest and knowledge.

Performs well in environment that values creativity, flexibility, and variety

Exhibits personal qualities, such as open-mindedness, enthusiasm, and adaptability

Prefers challenges, fast pace, new ideas, future focus, and unstructured environment
