DescriptionInterphase Systems has an opening for a Technology Marketing Coordinator Intern in our Plymouth Meeting office. We are seeking an extremely talented, hardworking, experienced, bright and outgoing individual to work with Practice Directors and Sales Executives on various marketing and sales initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesThe Intern will support marketing activities by providing assistance in implementing marketing initiatives, plans and other assignments. Example assignments include coordinating and contributing to blog posts, editing web content, developing reports and whitepapers , assisting with proposals, mailings and events, maintaining lead databases, creating and editing PowerPoint presentations and other marketing materials, presenting to internal and external parties, managing inventory of marketing collateral materials and action items as requested.
The Intern will also provide support to the sales team including generation and tracking of sales leads, customer tracking, creation and maintenance of sales materials, coordination with creative services and other identified sales opportunities. The Technology Marketing Coordinator will respond to requests for information from customers.

RequirementsOverall we seek an experienced person who is both passionate about technology and marketing and has the ability and work ethic to ‘own’ the assignments he/she is given. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service skills, high-level of attention to detail and be very well organized to handle multiple priorities.
The candidate must be technology savvy and have very strong computer skills including MS Office, web design, document publishing, etc. Must also be comfortable working with Social Media, tablets, cloud technologies like DropBox, EverNote, Google Drive, etc.
Since the position will involve web content, someone with experience in design, video creation and website maintenance would be a plus.
Must be a recent college graduate or graduate student who focused his/her studies in technology and marketing. He/she should also have some related work experience. We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated team player who can work independently without significant supervision for this position.
