DescriptionPortfolium is the first SPN, Social Portfolio Network, which allows students to showcase their abilities and connect with opportunities and employers. We help students across all fields of study visually showcase their projects, skills and experiences well beyond the limits of a traditional resume. By combining features typically reserved for social networks with the ability to create and aggregate multimedia content from across the web, Portfolium uniquely provides a deeper, all-encompassing view of a person’s passions, abilities and overall potential.

Yes? Perfect! We are actively seeking highly motivated individuals interested in Product Development, Branding, and Marketing to join one of our teams as a Campus Marketing Ambassador for the 2014-2015 academic year. Each Team will be comprised of 3-5 CMA’s (Campus Marketing Ambassadors) per campus. The primary objective of a CMA is to bring Portfolium to your campus in a BIG WAY--demonstrating the value of the platform, helping students stand out to land great internships and jobs, and making “Portfolium” a “household name.”
Responsibilities-Tactically develop, implement and execute a one-to-many Campus-Specific Marketing Plan to increase brand awareness
-Actively encourage students to sign up for Portfolium and increase overall site engagement
-Facilitate on-campus workshops and presentations in order to help others build their free Portfolium accounts
-Professionally represent Portfolium online, on campus and in surrounding community at all times
-Form mutually beneficial partnerships with relevant campus organizations
-Be our ears and mouth at your respective campus; relay information to and from your university
-Consistently collaborate and communicate with your CMA team-members to organize and execute campus-wide events
-Manage a Portfolium Facebook page for your university

-CMAs will be paid through a points reward system; points will be awarded based on effort and task-completion
-Portfolium swag and fun prizes

-Opportunity to network with and be mentored by successful entrepreneurs
-Access to a network of student ambassadors
-Monthly webinars/workshops presented by experts in wide range of multiple fields
-Letter of recommendation upon completion of term
Requirements-Must be innovative, creative and driven
-Possess ability to teach others and effectively communicate a sense of product value
-Comfortable presenting in front of large crowds; people-oriented
-Prefer challenges that involve communication and promote networking and socializing
-Experience with multiple social media platforms
-Applicants must be a full-time matriculated university/college student
As a Campus Marketing Ambassador, you should expect to commit 10 to 15 hours each week towards your contribution in the growth and expansion of Portfolium as a product, brand and service at your school. However, the goal is not about how many hours you spend, but rather, is about making a successful impact on your campus in the most exciting way possible.
