Internship position: This is an opportunity to work with a start-up and have the chance to impact all aspects of the company’s marketing communications by working with the founder and senior management team on strategy and implementation. We are looking for someone with an interest in marketing and graphic design to design marketing materials, websites, newsletters, ads and product design. This position will offer many unique opportunities to build your skills through hands on experience, including:
Responsibilities• Managing branding across all media platforms
• Design ads, marketing materials, promotional flyers, product flyers
• Assist with website, newsletter and social media graphics and design
Principles of design, color theory and page layout
Printing and digital techniques
Psychology, sociology and personal communication
Computerized design and web development
Marketing and business
• A background in advertising, and/or graphic design
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively
• Strong computer skills, with design experience a plus
