DescriptionWe are Equine Business Strategies; we provide customized coaching and consulting packages to those in the equine industry, whether they are farriers, coaches, trainers, etc. As an appointment setter you are the first impression that a potential account hears. Thus, it is important that you are always professional and courteous.
The person(s) chosen for this position are responsible for calling on businesses to briefly explain how our services can benefit their bottom line and to introduce them to our Equineista, Patty via a FREE 15 Minute Consultation. This requires the person(s) to schedule appointments for Equine Business Strategies Sales Team to provide information on our Strategy Sessions. Calling hours are typically normal business hours between 9 am and 5 pm.
As Equine Business Strategies appointment setters you will be in charge of calling perspective clients from our focused leads lists. As EBS agents you will be required to record responses clearly and concisely, while documenting this information for accurate status of every call. Accurately recording the result of each call is very important because this helps improve the accuracy of the database and ultimately helps you and everyone else with our Equine Business Strategies Sales Team reach our financial goals.
Your primary objective is to make as many qualified consultation appointments via TimeTrade for our EBS Sales Team as possible. A qualified appointment is an account that registers, confirms and follows through with our FREE 15 Minute Consultation. While representing Equine Business Strategies, you are expected to be professional, courteous and maintain your work in a neat and organized manner.
ResponsibilitiesThis is a numbers game and the more calls you make, the more contacts you will make and the more appointments you will be in position to set-up. Good phone etiquette and verbal communication is a must.
Ability to make 120+ calls a day with a positive attitude toward appointment setting is a critical success factor. Aggressive and assertive but not abrasive.
Approaching each call with a positive ‘I am going to set an appointment’ attitude is what we are looking for. This requires an ability to think on your feet and turn objections into selling opportunities.
Strong work ethic. High energy and motivated by appointments and not frustrated by rejection.
Discipline to follow the phone script. Reliability to accurately record data in the database.
Understanding our business and having the ability to address questions and concerns is vital to your success in this position. Desire to take a genuine interest in the business in an important attitude.
RequirementsEquine Business Strategies appointment setter/agent(s) are responsible for the following:
1. Making a minimum of 15 calls per hour, concluding in a minimum of 120 calls a day.
2. Working together to attain the sales objectives for our individual and group sales objectives.
3. Preparing, reviewing and presenting information concerning potential leads in a concise manner.
4. Accurately establishing customer notes with all requirements filled out.
5. Preparing, reviewing and following up business emails with accuracy and professionalism.
6. Making recommendations concerning effective appointment setting methods and techniques.
7. Performing other duties as may be assigned from time-to-time by EBS.
