Superior Business Solution, LLC Is a corporation based in Louisville. We are responsible for new customer acquisitions and retention management for Direct TV, AT&T, and Time Warner Cable. The average income range for a Account Manager with our company is 35,000-45,000 in your first year. Due to company expansion we will be looking for an Account Manager who we can cross train into a Market Management position within the next year.
We provide a team of intelligent and career-minded professionals to represent our clients. We take time to plan and develop real-world business solutions for our client. Therefore, we develop leaders from within our company. Cross training is provided in the areas of public speaking, human resources, accounting, budgeting, client retention, and new client acquisitions.

As an Account Manager, which is the initial training phase of our management development program, each candidate will be coached in skills such as communication, sales and marketing practices, public speaking, and leadership development. In addition, we also stress the importance of how to coach others in all areas of small to medium scale management, as well as how to succeed in team and individual environments. We proactively teach how to balance multiple professional roles and responsibilities within our firm, while gaining the experience needed to be a proficient leader in your career. All of our training for the Account Manager position is hands-on. We believe that by training all of our people in multiple aspects of business from the ground up, we prepare them to contend in today's competitive environment.
