DescriptionBackstage is seeking enthusiastic interns/student filmmakers for fall 2015. Student filmmakers are especially encouraged to apply.
Internship Overview: Backstage is currently offering regional internships to qualified college students, graduates, and young professionals, providing dynamic, first-hand training on the inner workings of a magazine and online casting tool. Casting directors have used Backstage to cast projects ranging from student films to feature films, including commercials, and regional theater to Broadway shows.

Internships will mainly focus on marketing outreach local to your area, including schools/universities, start-up companies, casting directors/filmmakers, and production companies, offering new clients the opportunity to use the Backstage casting tool.
Internships are part-time work and provide candidates will gain valuable experience in marketing management for a nationally distributed magazine and website.
Internships are unpaid. Students will have the opportunity to work with a national magazine with a strong online presence.

Backstage Overview: Founded in 1960, Backstage Magazine and Backstage.com reach more than 2 million film and media professionals and enthusiasts across the U.S. every month.
