An Independent Financial Service, Business Accounting & Tax Preparation Company is experiencing tremendous growth and currently has an opportunity to become a Virtual Assistant appointment setter.
If you are a hard working strong performer in lead generation/appointment setting, and can make outbound sales calls to the US, please read on. There is no selling with this position, you are just setting appointments. If you are a natural on the phone and have high follow up skills, you will be great for this position.
We're starting a campaign for benefits/bookkeeping services. Super easy sell (mostly based on price).
I have the script and the presentation which will be uploaded to a website so the sales rep can make transition the client and close right away. I will do the training. I will have some specials to close the deal.
Rep has to provide his own phone, I will provide the list.
Call list / prospect list to call
- Sales scripts with call sequence and rebuttals to common objections
- Good compensation package, hourly rate + productivity bonus for every scheduled appointment booked, can expect to book 1-3 appointments per hour using script.
- At least 10 hours a week min
You must be ready to produce results.
You must be fluent in English with clear pronunciation and without any strong accents. We want well-organized, ambitious, and goal-oriented people that love helping others.
Job Description:
- Make 20-40 calls per hour
- Qualify leads based on their needs and wants for their business using our script
- Categorize leads in accordance to its priority (cold, warm, hot)
- Gather information on decision maker
- Set appointments
- Use online booking tool to set appointments with business owners.
- Efficiently follow-up and communicate with leads by outbound calling.
- Must have the desire to learn about the industry and continue personal growth through personal learning and becoming familiar with company/product offering.
- Perform daily operational tasks (calendar management, admin, email, reporting, etc.)

- Must be fluent in English with no heavy accent.
- Must be comfortable to cold-call 20-40 dials PER HOUR.
- Must have experience with customer service, telemarketing, or other sales phone related positions within the United States.
- Must be efficient appointment setting.
- Must be willing to work 8am-11am and/or 2-5pm (EST) Monday-Friday.
- Must be willing to learn and grow everyday, strive to be better and have the desire to excel in your position.

Job responsibilities include:
Virtual Assistant, Appointment setting, lead generation, nurture, manage and convert inbound marketing sales leads, develop relationships with online and off-line sales channels, business public relations outreach, research and identify new account prospects, conduct product education.
The position involves interaction with business owners via phone, email, google analytics and social media.


- Applicants should have earned or will earn a college degree in:
Accounting, Marketing, Finance.
Background in Appointment setting, cold calling, Accounting ,Sales ,Marketing, are a plus.
- IMPECCABLE written and oral communication skills.
- Own your own Laptop & must be tech savvy!
- Must have an interest in Accounting, Sales and Marketing, meeting new people and have an exciting, dynamic outgoing personality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; good phone/physical presence; lively outgoing professional manner.
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail and accuracy.
Skills/Knowledge/Language Proficiency
• Applicants should be fast learners and adapt to different situations easily.
• Fluency in English Required. Fluency in a second language is a big bonus.
• You should also be organized, detailed oriented & capable of multi-tasking.
This Internship position is commission & bonus based on the dollar amount of client services billed from appointment setting leads.
