DescriptionPowerBDC, LLC is a 2014 start-up organized as a Limited Liability Company in the State of Connecticut. As a start-up business we currently work from our home offices and have just completed the build out of our Chat solution which has recently gone live with multiple clients in a Beta program. Our goal is to develop distribution channels to include regional sales teams. With that, we are looking for help in two areas, marketing / sales and graphic design. We will be opening our call center in early 2015 to support our out sourced BDC (business development center) product.

Managed Live Chat 24/7 365
PowerBDC Chat offers automotive dealers and business owners a trained, scripted and professionally managed staff always available and ready to assist prospective customers 100% of the time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. A dedicated chat team will always be there to assist prospective customers, answer questions and engage the customer in order to build value for our clients. Chat has proven to increase over all leads as well as lead to sale conversion rates. Our team is proactive, professionally trained, utilizes state of the art chat technology to drive leads to our clients business.
We are a professionally trained BDC staff using state of the art technology. We focus on the generation of appointments from the client’s internet, chat and inbound phone traffic. PowerBDC follows a complete 120 day sales cycle with the customer which includes phone calls and customized dealer branded emails.
BDC Training and CRM Implementation
Power BDC processes within the clients CRM (customer relationship management)tool sets a foundation of accountability. With in-house process training we will teach the clients team to follow our proven successful processes to manage the customer life cycle and maximize sales, service, and retention.
Our program provides higher click through rates and lower cost per click per click without increasing the clients SEM budget. We hand pick and purchase all of our PPC ads by using Google's trending and analytical data so we know where the client’s shoppers are located. We also have solution which will simplify the client’s inventory posting processes by using our quick posting tool to multiple marketing channels like Ebay, Craigslist, Twitter and Facebook.
Responsibilities- Provide research on potential and existing clients and the competitive landscape
- Managing and following up on digital marketing campaigns
- Assist in identifying potential business opportunities
- Monitor news and developments relating to, or impacting, key clients/prospects
- Prepare periodic reports on screening, tracking, and monitoring clients and prospects
- Ability to coordinate multiple outside sales activities to include prospecting
- Build long lasting and trusted relationships with clients
- Become an Industry professional and leader in Managed Chat software sales
Requirements- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
- Ability to communicate at all levels with clients by phone, email and face to face
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and writing skills
- Pursuing a Bachelors Degree or equivalent education
