NLA is looking for a dedicated, confident, relationship building expert that can teach and train how to close the sale through our leads and sales funnel to be a part of a new position in our business development team. This is a versatile position which will require a background or experience in business and marketing. We are looking for someone who can strategically help us develop and promote marketing campaigns that appeal commercially, but, can also think outside the box, understand business, and be solution oriented.

Responsibilities

This position will work directly under and report to our senior business manager and will be assisting the marketing, sales and development teams. This position will be based in our Fairfield, north jersey location.

Duties:
-Must be able to engage with confidence and enthusiasm
-Develop relationships with customers and potential clients
-Document and maintain information on sales and leads
-Work closely and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide insight and feedback
-Report back to business manager on effectiveness and personal evaluations on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
-Work in office with clients and new employees to help train in client product knowledge
-Participate in different events for clients brand awareness and marketing campaigns

Requirements

Must haves:
-Bachelor's degree: Business Management, Marketing, Communications degrees preferred
-Background and experience in a sales, marketing and,customer service driven position
-Eagerness to start your career and have a resourceful, take the initiative, can do attitude
-Time management and leadership skills- must have the ability to effectively prioritize time and manage multiple people at a time
-Professional business etiquette and appearance
-Reliable transportation
