DescriptionWe are Equine Business Strategies (EBS) we provide customized coaching and consulting packages to those in the equine industry, whether they are farriers, coaches, trainers, etc. This position is for a Business to Business (B2B) Marketing Specialist. You are one of the first to interact with the other businesses we are involved with. Thus, it is important that you are always professional and courteous.
Our niche is very specific and we have proven systems in place to help our company grow to the next level. You will be working closely with our EBS Sales Team, while learning and gaining valuable knowledge in this industry. You will be working very closely with sales/marketing management to connect with small business clients with warm leads. We seek an individual who is wants invaluable experience engaging and interacting with small business clients.
As EBS marketing agents you will be required to record responses clearly and concisely, while documenting this information for accurate status of every call. Accurately recording the result of each call is very important because this helps improve the accuracy of the database and ultimately helps you and everyone else with our Equine Business Strategies Sales Team reach our financial goals.
You will be working very closely with sales/marketing management to connect with small business clients with warm leads. Our goal is to teach effective sales and marketing tactics throughout the process to build confidence and gain experience.
This position does not require cold calling but you must be comfortable speaking to strangers. You’re contacts will be excited to hear from you and you’ll enjoy building relationships in a great industry.
ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding our business and having the ability to address questions and concerns is vital to your success in this position. Desire to take a genuine interest in the business in an important attitude.
You must be comfortable working remotely as a self-starter.
Respond to inbound leads by listening for the client’s needs and responding with value statements.
Employ effective and fun client communication tactics to reach prospective clients.
Approaching each call with a positive attitude is what we are looking for. This requires an ability to think on your feet and turn objections into selling opportunities.

Requirements1. Working together to attain the sales objectives for our individual and group sales objectives.
2. Preparing, reviewing and presenting information concerning potential leads in a concise manner.
3. Accurately establishing customer notes with all requirements filled out.
4. Preparing, reviewing and following up business emails with accuracy and professionalism.
5. Performing other duties as may be assigned from time-to-time by EBS.
6. Confidence to learn how to use our CRM database.
7. Craft targeted email campaigns to educate and demonstrate prospective customers about our service.
8. Craft email messages that are both informative and intriguing.
