WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
-Ability to ask the right questions to understand the objectives for any assignment.
-Good knowledge of branding and marketing principles
-Willingness to do (and learn from) what some people may consider to be "mundane" work.
-Willingness to learn by doing competitor analysis.
-Willingness to conduct market research, analyst findings, define market segments
-Ability to monitor market trends and prepare market reports
- Ability to plan, develop and implement marketing strategies.
-preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, EDMs, promotional videos.
-overseeing the production of TV adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows and liaising with art designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers
-Preparing & checking marketing copy
-supervising the sign off of marketing literature and campaigns, ensuring the designs and messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines
-ensuring our website compliance with copy rights and regulatory guidlines
-monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research
-managing client data bases & lists
-Ability to commit to 16-20 hours per week for 12 weeks (vacations & breaks can be mutually agreed)
-Ability to deliver projects in a timely manner
-This is a virtual internship, the ability to work on your own or as a member of a virtual team without loss of enthusiasm is a must.

Responsibilities-You will be responsible for Brand Image and message
-You will be responsible for planning, implementing & managing our marketing strategy & campaigns
-You will be responsible for increasing our market share
-You will be asked to learn by producing effective marketing collateral; such as product and services brochures, EDM campaigns etc
-You will be asked to learn how to increase our brand authority
-You will be asked to learn how to conduct market research and prepare market reports
-You will be asked to work on your own as well as lead a team of different marketing functions; SEO, Social Media, PR
-You are on a mission of positioning our brand as THE leading International luxury real estate firm as well as boosting sales of our products and services

Requirements-Good working knowledge of marketing, media & branding principles
-Previous experience with a luxury brand is a plus
