Description

As part of the Mission Advancement Office Team, the responsibilities of the Undergraduate Intern for Communications and Development include:

• Assist in developing social media content (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
• Collaborate on weekly mail chimp messages (Design and content)
• Post school events on Facebook
• Help design major donor recognition invitations
• Collaborate on EITC/OSTC Tax Credit informational post card
• Collaborate with Marketing/Enrollment manager on print and digital media projects
• Assist with Magazine content: write captions incorporate NFA brand language, proofing and editing, research, draft content for stories
• Asist in any and all mailings for events, solicitations, and special projects
• Other basic office duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office
• Social Media Experience
• Desk-top publishing skills
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Photography skills a plus but not necessary
• Team worker, creative, attentive to detail

The ideal candidate is an undergraduate in public relations, marketing, communications, or digital communications. Ideal Candidates will have an enthusiasm for learning, commitment to the NFA mission, and the ability to work independently are essential to success.
