We dissect the ingredients of successful outliers through our 750 (and counting) interviews on the subjects of Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Marketing, Innovation, Startups & Life. Then, we repurpose all our content through globally distributed books, videos, blogs, slide decks, live events and more. To assist with advancing our mission, our Research Assistant position will play a vital role in helping us to gather and organize information, analytics, and progressive ideas.


- Brainstorm pitches and creative ways to promote articles
- Participate in editorial and content strategy meetings
- Opportunity to write articles for the blog
- Research relevant and interesting videos and infographics to share on the blog, as well as engaging images to publish with articles
- Research articles on other blogs and online publications to repost, and take the lead on contacting the authors for permission
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filling out weekly editorial reports and keeping track of syndicated content


- Coursework in journalism, business, marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience working within a CMS is preferred (experience with Hubspot is a plus, but is not required
- Previous editorial experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge of HTML is preferred
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing is a plus
- Passion for/strong knowledge of startups is a plus
