Customer Experience + Events intern: Boston
Join Tablelist, one of Boston’s hottest start-ups fresh off of a $2.5M round of funding. You will work with our fast-paced, dynamic team at Tablelist’s company headquarters in downtown Boston by South Station. We are constantly growing and trying new things, and need a hard-working and passionate individual to support our city operations team in our home town.
15-20 hours per week
2-3 days per week in-office at 181 South Street, based upon schedule
Opportunities to attend industry events, marketing events and Tablelist team events
Gain tech start up experience
Attend events great for networking and growth
Work with various team members to strengthen skills across fields
Assisting City Managers & Brand Ambassador Managers on campaigns & day to day tasks
Supporting city management team in day to day operations
Assisting in customer and venue support
RequirementsMust be ready to learn, and be passionate about giving Tablelist members 5 -star customer experience. We're looking for a passionate self-starter that's willing to speak to Tablelist members via chat, email and over the phone, to help us deliver the best experience possible. You'll plan and execute customer experience campaigns with support from the Customer Experience manager, and grow your resume with on the job experience.
