DescriptionViral Launch is tech startup with an online Saas platform that launches retail products to our over 30,000 (and growing!) list of subscribers. We service a growing list of retailers by launching their products, driving exposure, and generating product reviews. Viral Launch is a fun and exciting company to be a part of, led by young founders and executives. We move quickly, we’re growing rapidly, and looking to add to our team!
ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Relations position is one of the most integral parts of our business. You deal directly with the customers and the Viral Launch executive team in order to enhance the user experience and grow our user base. You will be able to advise on strategies and technologies we utilize and could have a major impact on the business. Most work will be done online and we are able to accommodate your class schedule.
Requirements• Education: Majoring in any Business field, Communications, or Public Relations
• Ability to communicate effectively through a variety of mediums
• Able to exhibit a friendly and happy demeanor ☺
• Previous shopping experience or knowledge of Amazon.com systems preferred
• Previous retail or customer service experience a plus
• Design, technical, or other exhibited skills preferred (but not required)
