Digital Marketing Internship (Unpaid)


Digital Marketing Specialist Key Responsibilities:

- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and refinement
- Generate quality/optimized content for search and social marketing.
- Identify and pursue link-building opportunities on internal and external websites
- Monitor ranking and traffic reports to identify potential SEO issues
- Preform defensive of negative SEO, block link spamming attacks against client sites.
- Demonstrate Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing
- Optimize and develop the testing strategy and click path for SEM landing pages
- Demonstrate In-depth knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics,)
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations based on latest algorithm changes on the three major engines
- Research and analyze SEM efforts and key creative
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports communicating key metrics & goal attainment


Digital Marketing Requirements & Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of work experience in SEM/SEO in an agency environment preferred
- Experience with web analytics software, keyword research tools, and content management systems required.
- Google Adwords Professional certification and Bing Adcenter certified a plus
- Strong knowledge of search ranking criteria
- Experience with web content management systems
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize daily work efficiently.
