DescriptionAt Create the Bridge, technology, business, sales and creativity fuel us, but our team is what keeps us running. We are a group of creative and highly driven individuals that are passionate about creating kick-ass work. This is not your typical run of the mill coffee fetching, copy making internship. You will be working with real clients and asked to participate activity in decision making. We are looking for sales and marketing interns that are ready to hit the ground running. Much like each member of our team we expect our interns to be just as driven, passionate and dedicated to producing stellar work that drives results. We’re always on the lookout for great people to join our team! This will be a non-paid internship with a probation period of 3 months and possible advancement to paid-employee.
ResponsibilitiesAssisting with client management
Assisting with preparation for client meetings
Concept creative marketing strategies & campaigns
Analyze & assess quantitative & qualitative data
Copywriting for internal and external marketing material
Provide support for internal and external social media efforts.
Help manage PR Efforts
RequirementsSenior to graduate level standing in accredited bussiness, marketing, or communication degree program or portfolio and experiance that demonstrate listed skills.
Excellent written and verbal skills
Strong research and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines
Be a reliable self-starter with a “can-do” attitude who can creatively solve problems
Ability to contribute to teams with diverse priorities, perspectives and skill sets
Ability to present logical and persuasive arguments
Ability to thrive in a complex and ambiguous environment
Strong marketing strategy skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Familiarity with digital marketing technology
Ability to structuring and implement practical approaches to help our clients meet their marketing goals and build their long-term capabilities
Researching and analyzing disparate sources of quantitative, qualitative, primary and secondary data to identify compelling new insights that will impact our recommendations
Cultivate business relationships through networking, industry events and outbound marketing.
Should be very detail-oriented, be well organized, have the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
