DescriptionOur team is looking for a Digital Intern to write content for multiple digital channels, including the Web and social media platforms, edit photos, and complete other assigned tasks.
ResponsibilitiesExecute a portfolio of digital media services.
Create and develop our company's digital audience and overall social media / online presence
Working directly with Publisher to develop, coordinate and deliver all marketing service assets in production
Communicating effectively with multiple internal teams and using internal resources effectively to ensure timely delivery and execution of all digital media deliverables
Managing and leading projects from beginning to end with transparency throughout
Mastery of “all things digital media”
Ability to organize, plan and execute on a consistent basis
Ability to multi-task & meet tight production deadlines by being highly detail oriented & be able to prioritize projects
Assist in general office administration as needed
RequirementsApplicants should have majors, coursework, or practical experience touching on journalism, communications, or Web production. Basic knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, content management systems, and social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest) is desired. Please provide two writing samples. If you don’t have any professional samples, class assignments are acceptable.
