DescriptionThe Momentum Business Concepts Cooperative Internship Program (Co-Op) is a six-month internship program based in the greater Salt Lake area. The program is designed to identify high-caliber talent to build our organization with the best and brightest students who come from a variety of sourcing channels. including on-campus career fairs, partner organizations, and direct applications. In this role you will immerse yourself into the Momentum's culture, working side by side with innovative and talented team members. You will cultivate meaningful relationships and develop strong interpersonal and business skills that will set you apart from your peers.
ResponsibilitiesWhat's cool about this job is the level of customer service a Momentum employee and customer receives, leaves a lasting impression and directly impacts Momentum's success as a co-op. This role contributes to the success of Momentum Business Concepts by providing top-notch services to customers, supporting our values, and completing other unique customer service functions. *Participating in product/service/brand knowledge training provided to on-site promotions and sales teams on behalf of management.
*Executing merchandise presentation directives and standards for each customized retail and/or client acquisition field campaign taking place.
*Assisting customers with any questions they may have in regards to featured client products/services during each marketing & client acquisition promotion.
*Gaining knowledge of marketing and branding strategies used by all new clients the company acquires.
*Applying knowledge of the products, services, and brands to develop customized marketing & sales strategies.
*Ensuring the highest level of customer service resulting in increased productivity and achieved sales goals.
*Building knowledge of the marketing systems implemented during each customized client promotion/field campaign.
*Assist the marketing & client acquisition manager with any day to day administrative support as required.
