DescriptionLuminous Tec is hiring an entry level Business Development Executive with strong business development experience. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the selected individual will be required to achieve business growth.
The ideal candidate will win new channel accounts to meet or exceed agreed upon annual revenue targets. He / She will also manage and develop existing channel relationships including the creation and implementation of account development plans to secure growth through partner engagement.
The right candidate will be self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality output - a systematic forward planner, who is able to think strategically, set clear goals and execute effectively. This person will be a reliable and determined individual who is able to critically assess his/her own performance and make changes accordingly to maintain pipeline of prospective clients.
ResponsibilitiesExperience And Qualifications:
Understanding or experience of Staffing Service industry environment preferred
Proven track record of sales and account development.
