Orlando Wedding & Party Rentals is a full service rental company providing clients with the trendiest products including chairs, tables, linens, tents, dance floors, lighting, columns & arches, arbors, farm tables, whiskey barrels, centerpieces, cake stands, decor, and more! We often service events such as weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, holiday parties, rehearsal dinners, backyard events, and more.


Day to day tasks would include min. 16 hours a week in office working on email blasts to brides (through leads) and staying up to date with them each week, social media posts (updating Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, and other outlets), creating blog posts, and contacting photographers for event photos. Also, intern may occasionally answer the phones, look for new ways to market the company, and help with set/up break down of events. Intern expected to help with 1-3 bridal shows per quarter.


Must have a degree in hospitality or marketing (or working toward one of these fields), interest in event marketing, and passion for learning and eye for creative design. Experience is preferred, but not necessary. Must also have a laptop to bring into work. Must be able to travel to office location in Altamonte Springs at minimum 16 hours a week. Works well with others, has a flexible schedule, and is motivated to help gain business. Must live within Central Florida area. Skilled in Adobe programs a huge plus, but not necessary.
