Non-Profit Event Marketing/Management Internship

Description runs events every month. From small meetups to large scale conferences, SDIM runs entirely by its volunteer members. We recently formed the organization into a 501c3 non-profit charity to further pursue our mission of free and low-cost professional marketing education.

Join us and get hands-on event & non-profit experience.

Tasks may include the following as it applies to your interests and skill sets:
-Event Planning
-Volunteer Management
-SEO & Website Management
-Speaker Coordination
-Guerilla Marketing Campaigns
-Video Production
-Graphic Design
-Trade Partner Prospecting
-Database Management


• Work alongside and be mentored/trained by members of our team.
• Be asked to solve challenging problems in an effort to help accelerate your skill-sets.

This is a fast paced 4 - 6-month internship. Get some work experience on your resume before you graduate or solidify if this is really the right career path for you.

This is an unpaid position. Think of this as some serious on the job training to help get you ready to be highly desirable by employers when you graduate. We will even assist on how you write your resume if needed, so employers will just want to snatch you up when you graduate!

Summer interns are required to commit 30 hours a week
Semester interns are required to commit 20 hours a week

Upon completion, there will be a framed certificate presented to you at your very own graduation party with the whole company!
