SPARE CS Inc. has created mobile platform (SPARE) that is an innovative player in the financial technology field.

SPARE CS Inc. is looking for a qualified Growth Hacker intern to join our Marketing team. Our marketing team covers the United States and seeks an intern to provide support to our core marketing team in Los Angeles. The right candidate will be able to support our marketing team by being technical, understanding campaign testing and optimization, being experienced in project management, possessing developer skills (ruby, html, css, php), being analytical, understanding user behavior, understanding A/B testing and modeling, knowing how to strategize and being incredibly resilient and scrappy.

SPARE CS Inc is looking for an undergraduate student in the greater Los Angeles area who is majoring in Social Media, Sales, Marketing, Communications or a similar concentration. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Digital marketing, Web and Social Media knowledge is a must and will be heavily considered when choosing the best applicant for the internship position.

The Growth Hacker intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience and knowledge in all aspects of the marketing and sales process. The internship is Paid and the hours are flexible. This internship can be used for college credit.

How technical are you?
Do you have a working knowledge of Ruby, HTML, CSS or PHP?
Do you have experience with Landing Page creation, A/B testing and Landing Page optimization?
Do you have experience with Infusionsoft?
Are you comfortable with and/or have project management experience?
Are you analytical?
Do you have a Hacker mentality – scrappy, likes to get things done, believes in quick iterations
Do you know how decipher user behavior (heat maps)?
Are you familiar with modeling and excel spreadsheets?
Can you strategize with our team?
Do you have outstanding organizational skills to create monthly reporting to determine campaign and content effectiveness and ROI?
Are you scrappy?
Are you creative? What is your level of graphic design skills?
Do you constantly reevaluate and devise new ways to acquire users / customers / leads?
Do you understand A/B Testing, funnel analysis, customer acquisition costs and other relevant SaaS metrics?
Are you a habitual experimenter who likes to try out various ways to improve funnel metrics while using data to understand what is, or isn’t working and why?
