Job Location: Wilmington, DE 19801 or Newark, DE
Part time or full time, remote (possible)

ResponsibilitiesKnowledge and Skills: Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel
administration, effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills,
excellent work ethic.
Prepare and develop SOP for human resources plans and management;
Collect the timesheets and summarize the weekly and monthly timesheet
Involved into the evaluation of employees and contracts
Conducts recruitment effort with management team for temporary employees and permanent
employees; conducts new-employee orientations; writes and places advertisements.
Handles employee relations counseling, help on the enrollment of medical insurance plan etc
Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
Maintains company organization charts
Handles employee motivational activities for the company, such as special events (various
company holiday parties, picnics, executive retreats, etc.) with management approval.
Download the candidate resume, build up and maintain the candidate database
Schedule the interview between candidates and internal managers/client managers
Query, update and track candidate information and status
Involved into the software development related to Human Resources and public relationship
