The K-Street Collection
The K-Street Collection is part of the works of ARB Publishing which is a contemporary publishing company focusing on global leadership in the USA and around the world. The K-Street Collection comprises 9 volumes of fictional narratives addressing some of the most crucial issues affecting advantaged communities in the USA and other parts of the world. Built within a beautiful plot, the K-Street Collection is a book designed to support leadership and change in poor and disadvantaged communities.

Our Mission: To use 9 volumes of the K-Street Collection aim at supporting leadership and change among the young men and women who reside in disadvantaged communities. More specifically, the goals of the K-Street Collection include:
• To address the issues of violence in poor and disadvantaged communities so that young men and women can change to become peaceful and constructive.
• To address the problem of poverty in poor communities so that more economic solidarity can take place in favor of those who are poor and homeless
• To provide models of successful leadership so that young men and women can realize that it is possible to be born in a poor neighborhood and still become great world leaders.
Internship:
The K-Street Collection is seeking dynamic interns/volunteers who are willing to advance its mission to support leadership in disadvantaged communities as well as learning new skills. The following positions are the area of interest of the K-Street Collection:
• Communication, Marketing and sale Intern
• Outreach and partnership building Intern

Interns (2) Job Description
 Outreach to relevant institutions, agencies, organizations for presentation
 Reach out to schools and other relevant institutions, agencies, organizations for reading and discussing of the K-Street Collection in order to develop awareness of that affect their poor communities and how the youth can cope with these issues.
 Partnership building (identifying potential partners and establishing relationships) with relevant institutions, agencies, organizations for events and the sale of the K-Street Collection
 Promoting/marketing the K-Street Co through social media
 Use Social media to establish partnership and book sale
 Online and off line marketing
 Phone, email relevant organizations to negotiating sale deals, etc.

Skills: strong interpersonal and communications skills
Preferable Majors: Business administration, Political sciences, International relations, international development and communication and marketing.

In addition, interns will learn and receive training in the following skills
-editing
-writing
-research (mostly academic)
-book design
-photography
-APA research training

*Interns must be dedicated, grow through it-not necessary to have experience
* Interns who perform well may receive a full-paid position with company in the future
