Description

Looking for a polyvalent assistant for branding and marketing at our real estate firm.

Do you love New York City culture and landscape ?
Do you have training and experience in Marketing, Branding and social media?
Do you take pride in creating a compelling narrative in an effort to engage with people online? Are you able to source websites and social media platforms for relevant industry information.

If this is you, then we'd love to talk with you about joining us as a Social Media Intern for a highly successful Real Estate team! The position starts immediately. Applicants must be willing to commit to working 25-30 hours a week.

Responsibilities

Applicants must be willing to commit to working 25-30 hours a week (flexible with days and times).
THIS POSITION INCLUDES A DAILY STIPEND FOR LUNCH AND TRANSPORTATION

Marketing and branding for real estate firm.
Blogging, news letters...
Developing social media marketing messages and/or content calendars
Pushing relevant content across our social media channels and creating social media profiles when needed
Planning events and advertising them across social media channels
Creating original content to push across social media
Creating Metrics/ROI reports and interpreting/presenting them at weekly meetings
Interacting with clients and advertising social media channels

Requirements

Experience managing Social Media channels and using programs such as Hootsuite, Feedly, IconoSquare and Eventbrite is a big plus
Relevant degree recently complete or in progress (or equivalent experience)
Portfolio of work that shows talent, organization and enthusiasm
Familiarity with social media and quick to adopt new technology
Must have a good attitude and aspire to do award-winning work
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Must be organized beyond belief, and very thorough
Have a passion for creating great content
Being a well-organized, self-starter who shows ownership over assignments
