DescriptionAndrew Mellen Professional Organizing is looking for qualified interns to join our marketing and administrative team. We're looking for highly motivated, organized interns who want to make a difference in the world.
Interns will participate in various stages of print and online marketing campaigns, including creating and maintaining landing and thank you pages, drip email campaigns, social media marketing and engagement and other marketing tools/strategies. Interns will also research and help create and develop subject matter content and delivery.
Andrew Mellen Professional Organizing is currently undertaking a major online content delivery expansion aimed at exponentially increasing visibility and educational products, tools and resources.
Create, monitor and manage at least one robust social media marketing campaign
Track analytics and develop marketing to meet customers where the data leads
Participate in creating flyers, posters, newsletters, blog posts, e-mail campaigns, online promotions, etc.
Participate in creating smart marketing sequences and tools
Assist with creating/editing videos for v-blogs and other promotional activities
Assist with the research and development of online course materials
Assist with the distribution and delivery of traditional and online marketing materials
Assist with the preparation of training and presentation materials
Assist with the development of e-books and other digital assets
Monitor and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline
Assist with the maintenance of the CRM and other databases
Attend live events and support onsite marketing efforts
Assist with the creation of PR materials and follow up with press, media and pursue engagement
A modest stipend is available for the semester.
RequirementsInterns should be prepared to work in a fun, creative and moderately-paced hands-on environment. You will finish the internship with broad experience and a greater knowledge of many aspects of traditional and online marketing and the operations of SMEs. You will be working on the cutting edge of online marketing technology. As a result, you should be comfortable with both self-directed work and detailed instruction and execution.
Interns work a flexible schedule: part-time interns work approximately 10-15 hours a week, with full-time interns working 25-30 hours a week (or more). There is no maximum we will impose on you—if you have the time and interest, you may work as much as you desire.
