- Provides administrative and support services to the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President, Sales.
- Screens phone calls to the executives, routing and taking messages as appropriate
- Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memorandums and reports
- Schedules meetings and coordinates equipment/catering needed
- Handles logistics of meetings to include sending materials for review prior to meeting, preparing and distributing records such as agenda, notices, and minutes for team meetings
- Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
- Organizes the preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports
- Prepare status reports on marketing efforts
- Gathers the analytics for a marketing project per the request of the Marketing Manager
- Creates PowerPoint templates
- Keeps promotional materials ready; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt
- Develops and edit PowerPoint presentations to include audio visual and animations
- Provides Excel support for the Marketing team
- Provides business and non-business hour support
- Audits and approves transactions on Company credit cards for processing
- Coordinates and sets up travel arrangements for business (hotels, cars and airplane), domestic and international
- Performs research and provide options for special projects
- Creates and maintains manuals/procedures
- Performs any special projects and additional duties as assigned by CMO or Marketing team
- Adheres to all Company procedures and policies.
- Represents the Company's best interests in their individual actions

- High school diploma or equivalent; AA or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum two (2) years administrative, secretarial and/or clerical experience supporting leaders at the executive level
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Computer literate and internet savvy, with the ability to learn new software applications
- Exceptionally strong multi-tasking, prioritization and organizational skills
