About The Forensic Panel
The Forensic Panel is a unique and trailblazing firm at the cutting edge of forensic psychiatry and forensic medicine. We examine and bring definitive understanding to the most complex criminal and civil cases involving forensic psychiatry, neuropsychology, pathology, and medicine.

Attorneys come to us with their most difficult and delicate litigation. Our specialists apply their world-class expertise and untiring investigative diligence to draw out critical evidence and bring clarity to hidden or misunderstood data. Our forensic peer-review promotes objectivity, and focuses on diligence and adherence to standards of evolving sciences. Our forensic assessments are evidence-driven, objective, decisive, clearly detailed, and transcend debate. The overwhelming majority of our cases, as a result, do not proceed to trial.

In cases that proceed to litigation, we are difference makers in both our preparatory work on the case as well as during trial. Above all, we are trusted by the most experienced and savvy trial attorneys for their toughest and most puzzling cases.

In addition, The Forensic Panel is conducting ground-breaking research towards creating a standard, universally-accepted definition of criminal evil called “The Depravity Standard.” This research includes surveys that involve the general public in defining the severity of different aspects of crimes.
