Team 7 Marketing provides Live call transfer services for, US-based clients.Your job will be answering outbound calls for our marketing clients.

We are growing fast and need quality processing agents to handle our increased volume.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound and outbound calls verifying customer information and performing call transfers .
- Assist customers in providing them with knowledge of chosen products
- Basic Customer Service Problem Solving Skills
- The ability to Use basic MS-Office Applications
- Meet the performance and call quality customer satisfaction,

Requirements

- Must be able to learn
- Must be 18 or older
- M-Fri Flexible Work Schedule and PTO
