TITLE: Marketing Intern
DEPARTMENT: Corporate Services
REPORTS TO: Director of Marketing
Compensation: Earn up to 12 school credits
Working part-time 10 hours to 20 hours per week starting in the fall semester , our Regional Managers will be at the heart of J.B. Real Estate LLC’s development within their city.
They will use their knowledge of marketing, communications and other business development skills to promote our marketing program and provide all of our clients with an incredible experience.

ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions:• Contributing to a designated project or initiative to meet a J.B. Real Estate LLC business objective.
• Report development and analytics.
• Project management - planning, execution, and measurement.
• Learning new applications needed to complete assignments or support the execution of business objectives.
• Job shadowing in other functional areas.
• Performing additional duties as required.
The Search Strategy and Execution team sits in the Direct Marketing department, and is responsible for driving and implementing integrated search strategy for J.B. Real Estate LLC. We oversee the search campaign execution, including paid search, organic search and web presence optimization (local, social, content & video) across the organization. We drive an aggressive innovation agenda to position J.B. Real Estate LLC at the forefront of search excellence.
Internship Project Summary:
The intern will assist the efforts to drive integrated search strategy across the organization, by working on various paid search projects in the team. Specifically, the intern will assist in evaluating the performance of our paid search campaigns and make recommendations. The intern will help us answer the questions: How are our paid search ads perform against industry best practices? How do we improve the J.B. Real Estate LLC customer experience on search?
Basic Qualifications:• Pursuing a bachelor's degree or have graduated from an accredited university within the last year.
• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
License, Certification, Registration
Additional Requirements:Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Marketing, advertising, business or statistics discipline.
Highly interested in Paid search, SEO and Web Analytics.
Strong desire to learn, and able to pick up new concepts quickly and apply them
Strong communication skills and team collaboration skills.
Strong analytical skills. Able to generate insights from data and provide actionable recommendations.
Experience with Google AdWords/Analytics or Webtrends a plus.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.
