Description

Savante Wine Cellars is a Denver based company that designs, builds and installs a variety of wine storage racking and cabinetry along with other wine cellar related products. We are in the process of expanding our marketing strategy and have the need for a part-time intern. The role will include a combination of marketing, graphic design, social media management, office organization, data entry, idea generation, internal process creation and follow through. We’re looking for a self-starter that can roll up their sleeves and take on anything handed to them. Position will is college credit based however the position can become paid for the right candidate. Perfect for someone looking for real world marketing experience with a small business.

Responsibilities

(including, but not limited to):
Identify and accumulate contacts for all relevant professional networks.
Assist with business development per current social media and email marketing strategy.
May assist with performing client communications when needed.
Coordinate with the staff to ensure process fluidity.
Perform website content curation.
Utilizes monthly marketing and public relations calendar to coordinate monthly activity.
Assist with customizing and then disseminating press releases.
Assist in coordinating various marketing methods including, direct mail, print ads, networking, internet, social media, and develop new methods of marketing.
Assist with creating and managing an internal marketing calendar.

Requirements

Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and follow-up skills
Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution ability
Proficiency in Internet knowledge and Microsoft Word/Excel
Experience with Social Media for marketing purposes
Ability to learn other software programs
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Ability to work independently

Required - Microsoft Office, Social Media, Can Do Approach
Preferred - Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics
