Groupon To Go Marketing Brand Ambassadors’s are passionate about Groupon to Go and want to share that passion with friends, family, fellow students and complete strangers. Their main goals are to increase demand and brand awareness locally, introduce others to the Groupon to Go's unique food-ordering platform, and spread an overall brand love through on campus + community events, guerilla marketing, and other creative avenues. This position will combine Sales and Customer Relationship Management, Marketing Program Oversight and Execution.

Marketing Brand Ambassador will be supervised and mentored directly by the Groupon To Go Community Marketing Manager. All interns will undergo a 1 on 1 on-boarding process throughout the first several weeks of joining Groupon To Go; during which they will be mentored in all software programs, best practices, and company standards. Marketing Interns will be work hand-in-hand with department leadership throughout their experience to integrate them in planning processes, strategy brainstorming seminars, and developing a great understanding for strategic marketing and brand development.

- Work on partnerships with local organizations, events managers, and local businesses
- Be able to think outside-the-box and brainstorm locally relevant marketing initiatives; including all aspects of pre-production, event execution, and post-event follow-up
- Experiment and come up with new and alternative ways to leverage the community and local events and guerrilla marketing opportunities
- Build relationships with campus organizations, local organizations and businesses for promotional opportunities
- Coordinate with Community Marketing Manager to set-up, execute, and break down local events
- Help to grow Groupon To Go social media following


- 100% comfortable putting yourself out there and talking to students and members of the local community
- Work from Groupon St Louis office
- Go-getter personality with ability to reach goals
- Literate in Microsoft Office, various social media platforms
- Vehicle preferred

Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree
- Extremely networked within the student body
- Social media & tech savvy to promote brands/events
- Able to drive to events with reliable transportation
